The Family First Economic Support Pilot is a guaranteed income pilot for:
- Parents/legal guardians caring for Black/African American, American Indian & Alaska Native (Native American) children ages 0-5
- Under 200% of the federal poverty level
- Living in the following zip codes: 95815, 95821, 95823, 95825, 95828, 95838
