​​Electronic Timesheets

The Electronic Timesheet System allows a provider to submit their IHSS/WPCS timesheets online using a tablet, smartphone, laptop or computer instead of receiving and submitting paper timesheets when their recipient(s) opt in to approve timesheets online. This service also a​llows a provider's timesheets to be reviewed and approved by their recipient(s) using their tablet, smartphone, laptop or computer.

7/1/2025 - present = $18.75/hour

1/1/2025 - 6/30/2025 = $18.65/hour 

6/1/2024 - 12/31/24 = $18.15/hour

1/1/2024 - 5/31/2024 = $17.00/hour

Sacramento County IHSS Care Provider Verification of Employment Requests

All care provider verification of employment requests must be made in writing. Sacramento County IHSS care providers can email their request to DCFAS SAS-IHSS-Payroll-VOE.​

Care providers can also obtain their own wage verification details from the Electronic Services Portal (ESP). For addtional questions, please reach out to Sacramento County IHSS Payroll Help Desk at (916) 874-9805, Monday - Friday, 9:00am-4:00pm (Sacramento County IHSS only).​
