SACRAMENTO, Calif. – You might see high school students in bright green t-shirts with electronic devices asking individuals for their opinions about the health of their neighborhoods on Saturday. Sacramento County's Division of Public Health will be conducting a Community Health Survey starting Saturday, May 9, 2015, in downtown Sacramento. The purpose of this effort is to partner with the community and to encourage active participation in the improvement of public health.
