Foster Youth Help - Information on the Court process, how to reach ILP coordinators in all counties, resources for employment, health, education, information and resources for LGBTQ youth, and information on how to get required documentation
Foster Care Alumni - Online community to connect alumni and transform policy and practice, ensuring opportunity for people in and from foster care
WhySac - Advocacy site that provides resources to youth. For WhySac referrals through Google groups, email wehelpyouth@googlegroups.com. Youth may text or call 916-529-6742, Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm to get resources or assistance with various issues such as housing, substance abuse, pregnancy, etc.
