WIND Youth Services: Homeless youth, ages 11 – 17
Services Provided: Emergency 16 bed overnight shelter; hot meals, shower, laundry facilities, clothing, mail and telephone. Services also include counseling, case management and referral services, onsite junior high and high school program, referral and placement, preparation for employment, referral for medical and dental care and opportunity for recreation and socialization, drug and alcohol counseling, music, computers and art.
Free clinic for teens the last Friday of each month 9 – 11:30 am.

Lutheran Social Services - Connections & Transitional Housing Program for Youth
Services Provided: Transitional Housing Program for Youth provides up to 2 years of transitional housing for homeless youth. The program provides flexible, responsive and accessible case management, allowing youth to focus on becoming self sufficient. Specialized Services include: individual and group life skills classes, financial literacy, nutrition, relationship building, parenting/child development education, job readiness, placement and support, social skills development, anger management, problem resolution, communication, and group recreational opportunities.

Volunteers of America – Adolfo Transitional Housing Program for Former Foster Youth (THP+)
Eligibility: Former foster youth between the ages of 18 and 24.
Services Provided: An array of housing choices from the LaVerne Adolfo Housing Programs for former foster youth; counseling in life skills; and legal consultation, as well as providing money for emergencies and expenses.

Volunteers of America - Mather Community Campus (MCC)
Eligibility: Applicants must be referred to MCC and case managed by a homeless shelter provider, school or other social service agency. Drug testing is a part of the entry criteria. You must be employable.
Services Provided: MCC is a residential transitional housing site that provides training, employment and housing to employable homeless individuals and families. Residents may be housed for up to two years and are provided with case management and employment services on site.
