Family First Sacramento is pleased to announce the State's approval of our countywide Comprehensive Prevention Plan (CPP)!
Family First Sacramento is a partnership of public and private organizations working together to connect families with helping professionals and resources, and build a strong network that promotes equitable child, family, and community wellbeing that is guided by those with lived expertise. This CPP represents our commitment to establishing a prevention-focused, community-based countywide structure that focuses on social drivers of child and family health andwellbeing to support families before they come to the attention of public systems.
